Service Description

Thank you for completing your pre-screening questionnaire. The next step to becoming a donor is to schedule your 30-minute phone screening interview. Please note, times are shown as Central Standard Time unless you select to view in your time zone. The appointment will appear for one hour on the calendar to allow the screener time between calls to process screening information. The donor screener will call you at the number you provide.
